So,a few years ago I decided to created this website to share all the knowledge that I 'I've gathered through the years. I always say that I can't learn how to write a hit song, because if there was a recipe for hit songs, every one would writing hit songs, and hit-songs would become normal. Compare it as if everybody would know the winning numbers of the lottery..and hit the jackpot..

What I do is giving advice on how to promote, and record your songs as a professional would do. Also, I try to find resources that accept demo submissions, and that's probably the biggest work, and also very highly targeted by our site's visitors..

At the moment we receive more then 11000 Unique visitors monthly.. and about 15,000 returning visitors..

Can you do your own music marketing.. In fact, music marketing is music promotion, but with more power, more punch.. You need to work at least work twice at hard to set your goals and realize them.. You need to brainstorm what will work for you..and put money into your project if necessary...

What kind of projects do I talk about?

Well, your recording..and perhaps a quality video done by a professional video company, a video that you can add online on your own EPK.. Then we are with the EPK.. This means a web presence..

This could through every social networking website..Facebook,Myspace youtube,..These services are for free..because these sites are businesses who rent you a service for free.. You get a web-page, and they sell advertisement..and this makes money..Big money..

You can also start your own website..and be a part of the Internet.. You need a domain name and a host to run your website and your business..

This also means that you can sell your songs on site..or you can sell them through Itunes,CD baby and other similar music selling services..Spotify, eMusic, AmazonMP3, Google Play... As you can see, there's plenty of choice to sell your songs.. If you need promotion to point web users to your music, you can do advertisements with Google, Facebook, and many others..

Goldmining.

It's more simple doing this when not married or without kids..But at least you have tried the best you can.. On the other hand, I don't recommend putting yourself in great debts when you're married and have kids.. They would suffer for your failure, and maybe even worse.. If you can spend the money without bringing yourself in danger..

Then I say,ok,go for it.. Believe in yourself and your music..but of course not at every price..
